Pricing
Pricing is determined by time spent and materials used. A small vase with intricate color glazing may cost as much as a large bowl with a simple clear glaze. This is because the vase’s design requires a great deal of both time and craft to make, whereas it may require less of both to create a simple bowl in a single color. Thank you for appreciating and supporting the craft that goes into producing unique pieces.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority or USPS Express. All USPS Priority orders are packed to ship within 3 business days. Jowdy Studio is not liable for lost or stolen packages and releases responsibility upon transfer of order to the shipping carrier. Jowdy Studio will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal. If you refuse any shipments from Jowdy Studio, any free shipping discount will be revoked, and you will be responsible for all shipping charges, including the cost of returning the package to us.

We do not currently ship internationally.

If you would like an item shipped via USPS Express, which guarantees 1-2 day service, we will accommodate your request by shipping the item the same day, if orders are placed by noon EST. Orders placed after noon will be shipped the following day. USPS Express shipping charges will be added to the order.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges; these are not included in the refund. Please note that any free shipping discount will be revoked and deducted from the refund. Please also note that all returns must be received by Jowdy Studio within 14 days of the Returned-Item ID being issued.
To return an item:

Within 3 days of receipt, e-mail Jowdy Studio to receive a Returned-Item ID and further mailing instructions.

Pack the unused item carefully in the original box and use the original packing materials. Ensure that the item is safely packaged and add additional packing materials if necessary. We strongly recommend that you use both tracking and delivery confirmation. Jowdy Studio is not responsible for any lost or broken returns.

Include the original receipt in the package and write your Returned-Item ID on the outside of the box.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us with pictures within 3 days of receipt. Until notified, please keep all packaging, as well as the damaged product. We will arrange a refund for you through the shipping carrier as soon as possible. For more expensive items, the shipping carrier may need to inspect the packaging and damaged product in order to file a claim.
